Condolences

Condolence From: Frank Marullo
Condolence: I am so sorry to have just recently heard of Ron's passing.
We have been out of touch for some time and Its been years since we spoke last.
Ron was a great guy and very influential to me as a young teen and as an up and coming Disk Jockey.
I remember the first time I seen him do a live set at a block party on 17th avenue. He was amazing and I wanted to be just as good as him. I finally met him and we became best friends.
He taught me everything I knew about Mixing music.
Until this day,I still think about him when I am mixing down some music at my house.
My Condolences to Mom and Brian.
Frank Marullo from 17th avenue
AKA "Frankie Braze"
Rest in Peace DMC, Until we meet again at that DJ booth in the sky!!
Love you Buddy.

Condolence From: Terri Delaney Westcott
Condolence: Wow, where do I begin. It was only last week I was going through boxes of my late mother's, Ron's Aunt Kitty, and found pictures of Ron and Brian with me and my siblings. We were at my grandparents house in VA. What bright shinning smiles and that is how I always remember Ron. He was the most easy going carefree person. I found other photos of us with his mom, love you Aunt Millie and have missed you for so many years.... I know this is rambling, but I just can't believe Ron is gone and I did not get to see him again here on earth. I know he is in heaven seeing so many that have left us already, but I hate that I let so much time go. Brian & Millie, my heart goes out to you and please know I thinking of you. Let's plan on seeing one another soon. Love and God Bless, Terri

Condolence From: Brian Linthicum
Condolence: Well as far as brothers go, Ron was awesome. He was a bright flame that burned quickly, and it's very sad that God took him before he had become an old man. I will miss my brother dearly. Rest in Peace.

Thank you to all his friends & colleagues who have been so supportive during this difficult time. Your stories are extremely meaningful and we appreciate everything. We will not forget you.

Condolence: I was saddened to find out today of Ron’ s passing. I worked with Ron at Curtis for 17 years. He was a kind and gentle soul. I could rely & depend on Ron—he was always there no matter what it took. He would simply say “that’s my job.” And he knew his job! I retired from Curtis this past June & got to say that farewell. now I offer my condolences to his loved ones & say RIP Ron, your memory lives on.

Condolence: Ron was a great guy. Very smart, good-hearted, hilariously funny, and a patriotic American. I remember as a young kid, Brian would talk about Ron's crazy athletic skills with such pride - no one could keep up with his older brother. Rest in Peace my friend.
